Yvonne Foy was born in Green Bay and raised in Madison, Wisconsin. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Art Education and has worked in a handful of educational institutions since. As part of her degree, she has dabbled in various media, but most of her work is in oils, ink and watercolor. Over the last few years, especially after the chaos of the COVID pandemic, she has been working on building up her portfolio and establishing herself as a professional artist in addition to her educational work.
